Game Changer

This app is the only one I know of that can track my sons baseball games in progress. It does a fine job of capturing the action and keeping a record of what happened during each inning.
It is not perfect because the information being sent to it is provided by a volunteer on the scene. Ive seen some errors, and missed plays or innings. Perhaps they will make it easier to correct. Also, you will have a hard time seeing data from past games since my app does not email full details of a game once its finished. (Perhaps there is a setting I dont know about). If I dont catch the current game, the information is mostly lost by the time the next game starts. That can be tough during tournaments when multiple games are schedule on a day.
However the pros outweigh the cons.
